How It Works

1. Start with a pet photo. A good photo captures the personality, markings, and expression that make your pet feel like your pet.
2. Preview the pattern direction. We want the design to feel recognizable while still breaking down into manageable quilt pieces.
3. Turn it into a real FPP pattern. This includes the foundation pages, piece labels, and assembly logic needed for sewing.
4. Sew a keepsake. The goal is a pattern you can print and actually turn into something meaningful by hand.

We’re still developing and testing this process, which is why the first version of PetPatchery will focus on doing it well before doing it at scale.
