A new way to celebrate your pet

Your favorite pet photo. A quilt only you could make.

We’re building PetPatchery to help quilters turn cherished pet photos into foundation paper piecing patterns. Thoughtful designs, clear instructions, and something you can make with your own hands.

The plan

From a photo to a future keepsake

We’re working toward a simple experience, without losing what matters to quilters: patterns that can actually be sewn.

01

Share a favorite photo

Start with a picture that captures your pet’s personality, especially the eyes and the little details you love.

02

Review the design

The goal is a recognizable portrait broken into manageable fabric shapes, not just a picture covered in triangles.

03

Sew it piece by piece

We’re testing printable foundations, piece numbering, assembly order, and actual-size layouts before releasing patterns.

Why we’re taking our time

Pretty isn’t enough. It has to sew together.

Foundation paper piecing takes careful planning. We’re working on practical seam allowances, realistic piece sizes, clear assembly steps, and print-ready templates. We won’t call a pattern ready until it’s been properly checked.

Made for the pets who are part of the family.

Whether you’re celebrating the companion curled up beside you or remembering one you miss, we hope PetPatchery will help you make something meaningful.

We’re not taking orders yet. Follow the PetPatchery blog as we work on the first patterns.
